Who we are

Anne Sacco

dyl-and-me

Here’s me with my grandson, Dylan.

Anne is a clinical psychologist with a private practice in Tweed Heads.  She has a long history of working as a therapist and has worked in detoxification centres, community health centres, prisons, drug and alcohol rehabs and since 2008 has worked in private practice.  Over the years she has developed the mind management mastery treatment model to help increase the effectiveness of her therapy.  The theoretical base of the model comes from years of reading and thinking about what it takes to live powerful and effective lives.  The model incorporates evidence based interventions as well as a philosophical understanding related to becoming powerful and happy.  It is very exciting to be able to bring this programme to you using the wonders of technology.
