Here’s me with my grandson, Dylan.
I am a clinical psychologist with a private practice in Tweed Heads. I have a long history of working as a therapist and have worked in detoxification centres, community health centres, prisons, drug and alcohol rehabs and since 2008 I have worked in private practice. Over the years I have developed the mind management mastery treatment model to help increase the effectiveness of my therapy. The theoretical base of the model comes from years of reading and thinking about what it takes to live powerful and effective lives. The model incorporates evidence based interventions as well as a philosophical understanding related to becoming powerful and happy. It is very exciting to be able to bring this programme to you using the wonders of technology. I hope you will find it useful.
