Cost: $20 per session. Bulk billed for clients on a mental health care plan.

Duration: Each session is approximately one hour.

Number of sessions: 7 sessions including the information session.

Times: Various times are available but you need to enrol for each session. You can enrol for the entire course at the same time or enroll as you go.
